Shipping & Returns
Every piece is made to order in our workshop and dispatched with care. Here's what to expect.
Shipping
UK orders over £500 ship free. Orders under £500 are charged a flat £15 standard rate. International shipping is available to the US, EU, Australia, and Canada at the same flat rate.
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 5–10 working days for your item to be cut, stitched, and finished before dispatch. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original condition for a full refund. Patina is personal — once a piece has been worn and begun to age, it's yours for good.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a prepaid UK returns label. International returns are at the customer's cost.
Lifetime repairs
Every Suave piece is covered by lifetime repairs. Loose stitching, a worn zip, a scuffed edge — send it back to the workshop and we'll make it right. You cover postage to us; we cover the repair and the return journey.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll hold your exchange piece while yours travels back to us.
