When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment details are processed by Stripe and Klarna — we never see or store your full card number.

If you create an account, we store your name, email, and saved addresses. If you subscribe to the Suave Circle newsletter, we store your email address and subscription preferences.

We also collect anonymised usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Your data is used to fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and — only if you've opted in — send newsletters and early-access releases.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the store: Stripe and Klarna (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), and our hosting providers.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete your account, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Account data is kept until you delete your account. All data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest within the UK/EU.
